Casa 24 LBC is a lovely townhouse in the heart of Luz village, a short walk to the sandy beach.
Ground floor: bedroom 1 with 2 single beds; bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 with double beds (the second one with en-suite full bathroom) both with wardrobes and access to a private patio surrounded by flowers and plants.

From the entrance hall, a staircase leads up to the first floor. As soon as you go upstairs, you find yourself in the very spacious living room with comfortable furniture, a TV with NOS cable TV system and a dining area. Panoramic sliding window opens onto a balcony with beautiful sea views, where you can enjoy pleasant family moments. Dining table and chair for al fresco dining and a manually operated awning.
Kitchen equipped with induction hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, as well as various small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, etc.).
Pantry with storage space and cleaning materials, washing machine, chothe's drying rack, pegs, iron and iron board.
On the 1st floor there is also a small cloackroom.
Small patio at the back of the house, next to the entrance.
All bed linen and towels provided, except beach towels.

Private car park for 2 cars (1 in the carport).
