In the hallway, 2 family bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath. Spacious spiral staircase up to the 1st floor: very spacious living room with comfortable and contemporary style furniture and dining area. Panoramic sliding window opens onto a South facing balcony with beautiful sea view where you can enjoy a lovely meal "al fresco". Spacious kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as various small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, etc.).
Small patio with garden at the back of the house. All bed linen and towels provided.
