The living room is divided into 2 areas: the living area with comfortable sofas, large Smart TV with surround sound system and channels from various countries (NOS system). free wifi. Ceiling fans with remote control that also serve as lighting to the entire space; dining area furnished with dining table and chairs for 6 people. Fireplace with wood burning stove, ideal for rentals outside the bathing season.
Sliding doors give access to the spacious terrace with pleasant sea view, ideal for meals outside enjoying the gas grill and the view and quiet around it. Gate with access to the back street.
