Your booking will only be confirmed upon payment of 50% deposit of the total amount of your booking, including the breakage deposit, cleaning fee and any other extras that may be requested.
The remaining 50% balance will be due 30 days before the arrival date.
We accept payments by:
1) PayPal (to avoid additional costs use the option "payment to friends and family")
2) bank transfer
The breakage deposit will be returned, after verification of the property, within 5 working days after the date of departure, by bank transfer or PayPal.
